The Numbers of Hope 3:16
We have completed our 6-week study of John 3:16 in Sunday Morning Bible Study and Worship.
Share Your 3:16 Story Here
During the 3:16 study many of you have been putting together your 3:16 story. It’s not too late for you to share your story.
There are three things we would like you to share with us.
- My B.C. (before Christ) story – Write a brief summary of you life before Christ.
- The Crossover – Briefly describe what happened when you trusted Jesus as your Savior and Lord.
- The 3:16 Difference – Briefly describe the difference Christ has made in your life since you came to believe in Him.

It begins with God, ends with life, and urges us to do the same. Based on Max Lucado’s book 3:16 The Numbers of Hope, will help you step off the sidewalk and join the parade.
If you know nothing of the Bible, start here. If you know everything in the Bible, return here. The heart of the human problem is the heart of the human, and God’s treatment is prescribed in John 3:16:

Learn how you can live the message of John 3:16 in your life, in your family, in your community, and in our world. Each Sunday, you will have a 20-25 minute video with teaching from Max Lucado followed by small group discussion. You will be giving a workbook with 5 daily sessions to study during the week. We will also be focusing on this theme in our Sunday morning worship services.
Week 1 - Oct. 19 - ”A Parade of Hope”
In the small group study Max Lucado will be dealing a lot with the contrast of 911 - the numbers of fear and John 3:16 - the numbers of hope.
Week 2 - Oct. 26 - ”God Loves”
In the small group study Max Lucado will be dealing with the unconditional Love of God.
Week 3 - Nov. 2 - ”God Gave”
In the small group study Max Lucado will be dealing with the atonement - the price Jesus paid for our sin.
Week 4 - Nov. 9 - ”We Believe”
In the small group study Max Lucado will be dealing with faith in God and our eternal security.
Week 5 - Nov. 16 - ”We Live”
In the small group study Max Lucado will be dealing with Heaven and Hell.
Week 6 - Nov. 23 - ”God’s Whoever Policy”
In the small group study Max Lucado will be dealing with how God’s grace is for everyone - no matter how far you have strayed.
Week 7 - Nov. 30 - ”Share Your 3:16 Story”
