What is GBC 101?
GBC 101 is designed to introduce you to the Gladeville Baptist Church family through informal teaching and discussion.

Who is invited?
- Guests who are interested in knowing about this church.
- New members who would like to know more about your new church family and what it means to be member.
- Others who would like to understand the church better.
What will I learn?
In the first half of the class (8:15-9:30 am) you will learn…
- Craig will discuss who we are as a church family and how we are both alike and different from other churches.
- Our vision, mission, and purpose.
- Our strategy for reaching people for Christ.
- Our core values and basic beliefs.
- Bruce will share about the history of our church and how we fit in to baptist history.
At 9:30 a.m. we will take a tour of the church facilities.
In the second half of the class (9:45 am-10:30 am) you will learn…
- What does it really mean to be a Christian?
- What are the meanings of Baptism and the Lord’s Supper?
- What does it mean to be a member of GBC?
Note: If your elementary age children want to join us for the second half of the class, they are welcome and will enjoy learning with you.
