Who should come? Anyone who has lost, through, death a spouse, a child, grandparent, sibling, an aunt, or a dear friend, whether the loss has been recent or sometime in the past. The journey of grief is a unique for the human soul. What you may expect? The Christian may expect encouragement, comfort, fellowship, and positive direction toward healing and recovery, with the knowledge that Jesus Christ is the ultimate solution. The non-Christian may find the pain of grief to be the catalyst to a personal faith in Christ. Each session consists of a 37-minute video featuring well-known Christian leaders who share their own personal grief and recovery experiences. There will be an opportunity for personal sharing among group participants which will be led by group facilitators. Video themes include: Living With Grief, The Journey of Grief, The Uniqueness of Grief, Stuck in Grief, and Heaven, our Hope. Class starts January 14, 2009.
